Returns & Refunds

We want every piece to belong in your home. If it doesn't, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it.

How to start a return

Email hello@yohakuhouse.com with your order number and a short note (a photo helps). We reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before you hear from us.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement or refund you in full — no need to return the item.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After that the order may already be on its way, and the return policy above applies.
