Free tracked shipping on every order, to every country available at checkout.

Processing and delivery times
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
- Some pieces are made and packed to order and may take a few days longer. If so, we will tell you by email.
- You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship from
Yohaku House is a small independent shop based in Nagoya, Japan. Our pieces are designed for Japanese-style living and made by partner workshops in Asia. Orders are dispatched directly from our partner warehouses, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a domestic store.

Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by your country when your parcel arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
United States: since August 29, 2025, the duty-free treatment for low-value parcels (the $800 "de minimis" exemption) no longer applies, so duties may be charged on any order.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order arrives damaged, email hello@yohakuhouse.com with your order number (and a photo if damaged). We will send a replacement or a full refund.
