These terms apply to every purchase made at yohakuhouse.com (“Yohaku House”, “we”). By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and payment
- Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and include shipping. Payment is taken when the order is placed.
- We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud.
- You may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us.
Products
Our pieces are Japanese-inspired everyday objects sourced from partner makers and workshops. Handmade and glazed items vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photographs; this is part of their character, not a defect.
