A round basket (kago, 籠) woven by hand from seagrass, with two short rope handles so it can hang from a hook by the door or sit on a shelf. It holds the fruit, the remote controls, a plant in its pot, or the things by the bed that have no other home. Natural or whitewashed, small or large.

Hand-woven seagrass, rope handles. Small about 17 cm across, 23 cm at the rim; Large 21 / 25 cm. Keep dry; wipe with a damp cloth.
