A small round bottle (mame, 豆 — bean-sized) for one stem: a sprig of eucalyptus, a single ranunculus, a twig from the garden. Celadon, green, pink or white. Small enough for a bathroom shelf or beside the kettle, and cheap enough to have one in every room.
