A deep bowl built from staves of bamboo glued and turned smooth, so the pale grain runs in stripes around the outside. The 25 cm is the salad and noodle bowl for the middle of the table; the 20 cm serves two; the 13 cm is a rice or snack bowl. Bamboo is light, hard, and does not stain.
