A small lidded tea bowl in the tenmoku (天目) tradition: a dark iron glaze that breaks in the kiln into oil-spot speckles and streaks of blue, green, red or gold. Each one comes out a little different. The 140 ml size is right for gongfu-style brewing — many short steeps, a cup at a time.
