A round mat woven by hand from rattan cane (tō, 籐), tight enough to be flat and thick enough to keep a hot teapot off the table. The 8 and 10 cm are coasters; 13 and 16 cm take a teapot or a bowl; 18 and 20 cm are small placemats. Choose a single mat, or a set of six in the smaller sizes.
